+ Do I have to pay to sign up?
  • No. On sign up, you are given a free 14-day trial of the Pro Plan at the end of which you can either pay or downgrade to the free plan.
    • + Can I switch to a different pricing plan later on?
  • Yes you can. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within your account dashboard. Any price differences will be pro-rated.
    • + Will I be automatically charged after the free trial ends?
  • No! Once your free trial ends, your account will be placed on pause and what happens next is up to you. You can either downgrade to the free plan or pay with ease.
    • + What kind of custom questions can I create?
  • You can create different types of questions including multi-choice, single-answer, multi-answer, essay, exact match, description, programming, diagram/image questions, etc.
    • + Is the privacy of my data guaranteed?
  • Absolutely! We deeply understand your need for high degree of privacy and therefore state that we will never reveal, sell, use or share your data (campaigns, tests, questions, etc) with any third-party.
    • + Can I test all the features during free trial?
  • Yes, you can test anything you like. However, there are a few limitations. You can only access a few pre-built tests.
    • + Is a practice test available to candidates before actual test?
  • Yes. A practice test is available but activated at the discretion of the test owner from the account settings.
    • + How do you accept payment?
  • We accept payments through Paystack. Bank Transfers are also processed via Paystack Bank Transfer as this allows for automatic processing of your subscription.
    • + Can I preview the scheduled test before publishing?
  • Yes. Every test created on TestOnion has a system generated default candidate login which the test owner can use to preview the experience candidates will have.
    • + Is TestOnion safe and secure?
  • Yes. All your data is always safe with us. We’re regularly evaluating and updating our product and infrastructure to ensure we are in compliance with global security standards.
